COVID-19 May 9, 2020 Update: Is Camp Cancelled?
Our local and state leaders are carefully navigating the process to return to normalcy safely and responsibly. With more and more restrictions being lifted each week, we are closely monitoring the guidance from public health officials to determine whether to cancel or postpone our Chinese Folk Arts Summer Camp. Additionally, we must coordinate with our trusted partners that graciously allow us to use their facilities. Please expect to hear from us no later than May 20th regarding the status of each camp session.
No matter our decision later this month, please rest assured that our refund policy has been revised to allow full refunds for any summer camp cancellations. We understand that families will have to make important decisions in the coming weeks to stay safe, healthy, and financially secure.
If you have already emailed us with a refund request, we sincerely thank you for your patience as our staff works reduced hours during the shelter-in-place order. Once our operations are back to normal capacity, we will quickly grant your requests and send you an email notification to let you know the refund has been processed.
